Why podcasts for kids?
Podcasts are screen-free way to spark kids’ imaginations. Without screens, kids can picture the stories in their minds—boosting focus, creativity, and language development. Podcasts also encourage co-listening, inviting families to talk, wonder, and learn TOGETHER.
How does Tumble Science support learning?
Every episode encourages core science practices, like asking questions, analyzing evidence, and making connections. Teachers and parents can also find free learning guides, resources, and hands-on activities to help bring science to life for all kids!
What is Tumble Science’s special sauce?
Tumble tells stories of discovery—the real human process of doing science. Not only will kids (and their grown ups!) learn facts about science, but they will hear about trial and error, creativity, and persistence, helping kids understand that science is for everyone, not just “scientists.” Tumble Science is working to normalize that learning is a process – there are false starts and experiments that don't work, again and again and again. But in every false start there is knowledge to be gained, knowledge that can lead to new discoveries in science and beyond.
